Janet Sherwood, treasurer for Christian Aid at the White Church, has reported on the results for Christian Aid Week and described them as “an amazing effort by everyone at the White Church.”
£1,432.26 was raised from door-to-door collections, Christian Aid boxes raised another £112.60 and £219.90 was raised from pew collections making a magnificent total of £1,764.76 of which £893.93 was gift aided.
