The new Peace Pole at the White Church is now bedded in. It received some coverage in the Lytham St Annes Express, in the 15th November edition, thanks to our publicity officer John Cooper. A photo was published together with a couple of column inches.
Val Atkinson, who is responsible for the White Church’s Peace Pole project has photographed it by day and by night. Val said, “I visited the pole at night for one shot, there was a beautiful air of peace and quiet. I could have stayed for ages the atmosphere was so different to our busy days.”
